Welcome to our home
We are happy to have you and we hope you find your time with us to be pleasant, while being with us we ask that you please respect our space, our young people and our staff.
Please be aware of our curfew times. If you are in our unit after our official curfew time for any reason please know that staff has the right to ask you to leave at any point and you are expected to do so nicely and politely when they do. Complying will mean you will be welcome back in the future.
We have a set code of conduct, we do expect for guest to respect and conform to it, if you are not able to do so please know that we will ask you to leave our home. If disruptions persist we will take measures to remove you. If disruptions reoccur in the future we will ban you from visiting our home, depending on the level of severity, for number of offences this ban could be for 4-6 weeks or permanent.
If anti-social or disruptive behaviour was to occur again this would automatically be permanently. This is our home and we are responsible for protecting ourselves and the other individuals who lives within it and if we feel it necessary at all we will call the police and press any charges we are able.
